Olive Tree Counselling
Ever Feel Like Talking?

Samina Latif MBACP (Accred)

07981 297496

I'm happy to spend as much time on the phone talking about what you need and to really understand what is happening. Alternatively a free 15 minute session can be arranged in Twickenham.

I charge £50.00 per session with concessions being available for some clients.

Counselling and Psychotherapy
A new way of moving forward with your life

We all have really busy and hectic lives, but sometimes it becomes really hard to cope especially when things happen to make us feel low or depressed.  At those times the help of friends, family or colleagues may not be enough or even what you need.

It's at this point that talking things through with a counsellor can help. I can be there for you when you feel that there is no one around who understands what it's like being you.

Safe and Confidential Counselling in the West London Area

Using my experience and knowledge I aim to help you gain control of your life.  Together we can explore what has brought you to therapy, learn how experiences and behaviours have shaped the decisions that you make today.  Develop an insightful and personal way to change and finally build and maintain resilience for life.

Through empathy and respect I would like to give you the space to find yourself and be happy.

The way I work is through a blending of the Humanistic and Psychodynamic approach with some CBT.  All of these words can be daunting when choosing the right counsellor and I hope to make this clearer.
